Service Description
Bronze Package: Essentials for Confident Driving Get the basics down with our Bronze Package. You'll receive 30 hours of comprehensive classroom training covering everything from basic vehicle control to defensive driving techniques. Plus, you'll get 6 hours of personalized behind-the-wheel instruction to practice parking strategies, road sharing, and more. Perfect for those looking to build a strong foundation in driving skills. CHECK THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW Terms and Conditions: - Eligibility: Students must be 15 years old by the first day of classroom instruction. - Attendance: Students cannot have more than three (3) absences for the entire course, and ALL must be made up. If more than three absences occur, the student will automatically fail the course and need to re-enroll into another class and pay a processing fee of $350.00. - Final Test: The student must pass the final test (which is NOT the official Department of Licensing’s knowledge test) with a score of 80% or higher. The test can be retaken as many times as needed to pass. - Parent Involvement: Parents must drop off and pick up their student on time. - Course Completion: Classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel drives must be completed in no less than 30 days and no more than 12 months from the start date of the course. The student needs to complete all requirements, including all fees, within 12 months of their start date. Failure to do so will result in the student needing to retake the entire course and pay a fee of $75.00.
Cancellation Policy
Course Enrollment and Payment: Full payment is required before the first day of class. If a student drops out before the second day, a $75.00 processing fee will apply. No refunds are given after the second day. Attendance and Absences: Students must be 15 years old by the first day of class. A maximum of three (3) absences is allowed. All missed classes must be made up. Exceeding three absences results in automatic course failure, requiring re-enrollment and a $75.00 fee. Classroom and Final Test Requirements: Students must pass the final in-class test with at least 80%. Retakes are allowed until passing. Behind-the-Wheel Drives: Drives are not part of classroom hours and must be scheduled separately. A $50.00 fee will be charged if a student misses a drive without giving 48 hours’ notice or fails to bring a valid permit or corrective lenses if required. This fee must be paid before the next scheduled drive. Late arrivals (more than five minutes) also incur a $50.00 fee. Course Completion: The course must be completed within 12 months of the start date. This includes all classroom lessons, the final test, and all drives. Failure to complete the course within 12 months requires retaking the entire course and paying a $75.00 fee. The Traffic Safety Education Certificate is issued only after all requirements and fees are completed. Behavior Policy: Cell phone use is prohibited during both classroom and driving sessions, except in emergencies. Dismissal from class may occur due to misbehavior, tardiness, cheating, or suspected drug/alcohol influence. Absences due to dismissal must be made up, and no refunds will be provided if the student is dismissed from the course. Additional Information: Parents are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up of students. Washington State law requires students to complete all drives within 12 months of the start date. By following these guidelines, students can successfully complete the driving course and receive their Traffic Safety Education Certificate.
