Luis Marin, the Owner and Founder of Take The Wheel and Marin Safety Consulting, has 20 years of experience in the safety industry, specializing in Corporate Fleet and Driver training for the last 17 years. Starting as a correctional officer, he quickly advanced to Shift Lieutenant before transitioning to a tribal officer role.

Luis is a Certified driving instructor, certified trainer, certified DOL tester, and a Washington state certified fleet trainer. He is proficient in delivering training programs in both English and Spanish.

He has traveled across the United States and parts of Canada, delivering impactful Fleet and safety programs, working with local law enforcement, major insurance agencies, and training private and County employees. His commitment to safety has consistently improved safety records, reduced incidents, and enhanced competency among participants.
